The FunFoo team is expanding! 🚀

Hi 🙋‍♂️, Arnaud here, founder of FunFoo.

With FunFoo we stimulate children, between the age of 5 to 10, to get in touch with food in a playful way. We encourage healthy eating habits by means of a digital platform with games 🎮 and assignments. They get to work with the food and get to know the ingredients.

To achieve this, we work together with major food companies in the e-commerce sector. We are currently working on the platform for our first customer.

Who are we looking for? 🔎

As a Web Developer, you are a generalist. You think about and build FunFoo’s platform and educational games. You bring our ideas to life. We are looking for someone who likes to experiment and inspire.

What does this role entail?

  • You understand the needs of the different stakeholders in this project.
  • You use wireframing and prototyping to turn this into a motivating platform and games.
  • You test and analyze these prototypes.
  • You communicate clearly about updates and progress.

What do we expect from you?

  • You are committed to our mission.
  • You are driven and independent.
  • You are not unfamiliar with concepts such as user-centric design, user research, user flows, wireframes, usability, and design thinking.
  • You can work with wireframe tools such as Figma, Adobe XD and/or Balsamiq and are willing to delve further into this.
  • You are fluent in HTML/CSS/JS and responsive design.
  • You have good knowledge of PHP and MYSQL.
  • Knowledge of Unity, PlayCanvas, Construct or Phaser is a plus.
  • You are creative and involved: every problem has a solution.
  • You enjoy working in a team and you are communicative and analytical.
  • Good knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
